CERTIFICATES

ISO 9001:2015 is an international quality management standard confirming that BFI has implemented and applies an effective management system in compliance with the highest industry requirements. The certification covers domestic and international full-truck transport, ensuring high service quality, operational compliance, and continuous process improvement.

SQAS (Safety & Quality Assessment for Sustainability) is a system for assessing quality, safety, and sustainability in road transport. We have successfully passed the SQAS Transport Service assessment, achieving a high score, which confirms the highest standards of our services.

Certificate of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) in road transport and freight forwarding of medicinal products confirms that the company meets high safety and quality standards in drug distribution. It ensures proper control over transport, storage, and monitoring of delivery conditions, guaranteeing that medicinal products reach recipients in an intact state and under appropriate conditions.

The GMP+ certificate in road transport confirms that the company complies with strict quality and safety standards when transporting feed sector goods. This ensures that the transport process is carried out according to best practices, guaranteeing the quality and safety of products throughout the supply chain.

The Veterinary Identification Number (WNI) certificate confirms that the company meets the requirements for transporting animal-origin products and food. The identification number is assigned by the relevant veterinary authorities, ensuring compliance with public health and food safety regulations in international transport.

The permit for waste transport in Germany confirms that the company has the necessary authorization to transport waste in compliance with German environmental protection regulations. This document ensures that waste transport is carried out in accordance with safety requirements, waste classification, and environmental protection standards.

The NIWO (Netherlands Institute for Transport) permit for waste transport in the Netherlands authorizes the company to transport waste within the country in compliance with Dutch environmental regulations. This certification ensures that the company meets all legal requirements for the safe transportation of waste, including proper classification, management, and minimizing environmental impact.

The Trans.eu – TCF Elite certificate confirms that the company meets the highest standards in the freight forwarding industry, including formal requirements, adequate insurance coverage, transport order documentation, payments to subcontractors, and a positive reputation within the industry.

ADR is an international convention regulating the road transport of dangerous goods. Our fleet meets all ADR requirements, and our drivers hold certificates authorizing them to safely transport hazardous cargo in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. This ensures the highest level of safety and operational compliance in the transportation of materials requiring special care.

BDO (Database on Products, Packaging, and Waste Management) is a registration system for entities involved in waste management. We hold BDO registration number: 000012047, authorizing us to transport waste in compliance with applicable regulations. This ensures full compliance with environmental regulations and the safe transportation of waste within Poland.
