3) BFI collects personal data for the purpose of establishing, fostering, modifying, performing or terminating contractual relationships with the Users. BFI processes the following data:

  1. Personal data of the Users who contact BFI via the website contact form to respond to these Users (GDPR Article 6(1)(f));
  2. Personal data of the Users who have consented to receive commercial information to distribute such commercial information (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).

BFI processes the following (and voluntarily provided) personal data of the Users:

  1. First and last name;
  2. e-mail address;
  3. message content,
  4. Your personal data will be processed to perform contracts pursuant to Article 6 (1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016;
