Magdalena

Magdalena takes care of people at BFI, but her heart belongs to the mountains. Magdalena Małecka, HR Specialist, has been with us since 2021. On a daily basis, she manages recruitment processes, supports employee development, and helps create the kind of company atmosphere we proudly showcase outside.

After work, she sets off into the mountains—both nearby, like the Tatras, and faraway, like the Himalayas. She is a true nature lover who enjoys the peace and challenges that mountain expeditions bring. Magda has completed high-altitude and avalanche training, allowing her to fully enjoy her hikes while ensuring safety.

What Magdalena brings to the mountain trails—determination, openness, and readiness to collaborate—is also evident in her work at our company. Her dedication and warmth make everyone at BFI feel supported and motivated.

Next year, Magdalena will fulfill another dream. In 2025, she will embark on a three-week expedition to the Base Camp of K2 in Karakorum or to the mountains of the Pamir in Tajikistan to face the majesty of one of these places. This challenge requires not only courage but also excellent physical and mental preparation.
