Strength, perseverance, and passion – not only in freight forwarding.
Junior Administration Specialist at BFI – in this role, Marta takes care of cost invoices and keeps documentation organized. Precision, accuracy, and attention to detail are part of her daily routine. But beyond the world of numbers and finance, her life has always played to a completely different rhythm – the rhythm of the cello.
Marta began her musical journey at the age of 9. She first tried playing the piano, but it was the cello that truly captured her heart. For 10 years, she studied at the State Music School levels I and II in Słupsk, where besides playing the instrument, she also developed her skills in choir and orchestra. For years, she was part of the Słupska Sinfonietta, where she honed her stage skills.
Her most faithful companion in her musical passion is a 74-year-old cello, affectionately called “Maleństwo” (“The Little One”). As Marta herself says, the older the instrument, the better, and her companion’s sound could put many modern cellos to shame.
Today, work at BFI and her management studies take up most of her time, which means a temporary break from playing. However, her passion for music never fades—Marta knows that after finishing her studies, she will return to the stage, because true love for the instrument never dies.
Work at BFI, much like performing in an orchestra, requires precision and excellent organization. In the administration department, Marta ensures that all company expenses are strictly controlled and that documents are always in order. Every detail matters—just like in music, where one wrong note can disrupt the entire harmony.
At BFI, we appreciate people who combine professionalism with passion. Because whether you play the cello or work with numbers, what matters is that you do it with heart.
