Expedited payment of your invoices

We know what it is like. In our industry, invoices with long payment terms are daily routine. As a company, we also know that liquidity is crucial to running your business. We offer a solution for your receivables to reach you much faster!

The optional Discount is available both to contract and spot carriers – without any restrictions. It is up to you to decide whether and which Discount option you want to enjoy!

What is the DISCOUNT all about?

By choosing our DISCOUNT, you can count on a payment term that is significantly shorter than for regular payments. In exchange, you will discount what you bill us by a percentage which depends on the expedited payment term you choose.

You are eligible for the DISCOUNT if your delivery service is completed without damage and provide us all the required shipping documents, along with a properly issued invoice:

  • by e-mail at invoice@bfi.pl
  • with the invoice original copy on paper to our headquarters

at times specified in your transport order. The payment deadline is calculated from the date of receiving the original copies of documents, together with a properly issued invoice.

We offer you a solution that is easy to implement for your business. We have prepared a step-by-step guide for you to secure your fast payment!

  1. Issue an invoice for the freight value and give BFI the discount of your choice. Remember that your invoice must display a notice reading DISCOUNT (SKONTO).
  2. Next, send your invoice and shipping papers to invoice@bfi.pl, with the e-mail message subject reading “SKONTO”.
  3. Put the invoice and shipping document hardcopies in an envelope and send it by post to our headquarters: Aleja Zwycięstwa 173, 81-521 Gdynia, Poland.
  4. Your payment will be credited to the bank account specified in your invoice, by your preferred payment date.
